*Please note that this is a chef’s tasting with 2 nightly seatings. Please arrive on time as we cannot accommodate latecomers.

**Because the culinary journey we offer is bespoke and custom curated for U, your booked reservation allows us to prepare and order food for your meal in advance. Because of this, there is a $60 pp charge for late cancellations. No show reservations are charged at full price.

***If there is a day you would love to join but find no availability, we highly recommend placing yourself on our waitlist. We often have last-minute openings.

FAQs

  • Globally inspired, seasonally driven Omakase with Japanese and French influences. We take a “leave it to the chef” approach. Guests will experience over 13 courses/small plates that includes nigiri and sashimi.

  • Our communal table holds 16 people maximum. There are 2 seatings per night Wednesday - Sunday. Reservations are required via Open Table.

  • Each seating will last approximately 75 minutes.

  • Unfortunately, U cannot guarantee the full menu to guests who are more than 10 minutes late.

  • Due to the style of dining, limited sourcing of local produce and special ingredients sourced globally, we make every effort for all guests to have an exceptional dining experience.   • All reservations are final. There is a $40 fee for late cancelations
